Accident/Damage has to be reported ASAP to ensure everything goes smoothly.

I arrive on time, pleasantly greet my customers and provide reasonable assistance with luggage and other items. I adjust in car entertainment devices or heating/air conditioning to the comfort of passengers.

I am conscious of driving professionally and maintaining a high standard of personal, passenger and public safety.

I will be courteous and helpful.

I will tell customers about the Urcab App.

Make sure the taxi is always maintained and in excellent condition.

Maintain a comfortable air temperature for the client.

I will not not provide personal numbers or contact details to customers.

I promise not to be rude, aggressive, swear, violent, disrespectful or, yell at passengers.

I will not call a false job.

I will wear the Booking Service Provider (BSP) uniform.

I will always ask customer to book through App or provide Urcab 24/7 Contact number.

I will demonstrate professional integrity towards passengers.

I will provide two weeks notice before leaving Urcab.

Make sure to provide all dockets by the end of the week. (Required For Wage Payment)

I will commit to the highest standards of customer service.
